QNet is a global direct-selling company that has operated under different brand names for decades, offering products and income opportunities through independent representatives. Its business model and practices have repeatedly attracted regulatory scrutiny, criminal investigations, and widespread consumer complaints in many countries.
Allegations of Operating as a Pyramid or Fraudulent Scheme
Multiple governments, consumer bodies, and courts in a range of countries have described QNet or its earlier incarnations as running product-based pyramid schemes, with accusations that income depends more on recruitment than retail sales. These characterizations have led to bans, investigations, and public warnings across jurisdictions.
Arrests, Legal Action, and Large-Scale Criminal Probes
Numerous arrests and large criminal investigations have targeted QNet representatives and regional franchise operators, sometimes culminating in frozen bank accounts, charge sheets, and reported recoveries of investor money. High-profile law-enforcement actions have repeatedly surfaced in countries including India, Indonesia, and others.
Widespread Consumer Complaints and Financial Harm
There are extensive reports of recruits and customers losing money after buying products, paying for training, or taking loans to join the network—often with promised earnings that never materialize. These patterns have produced mass complaints, protests, and calls for investigations in multiple regions.
Operational and Safety Concerns Linked to Local Outposts
Beyond financial complaints, incidents tied to local operations—such as arrests linked to call-centres and allegations of unsafe work conditions—have raised additional concerns about the company’s regional practices and oversight. Recent criminal investigations have named individuals connected with QNet operations in complex local cases.
Reputational and Regulatory Exposure
Because QNet’s controversies span many countries and include both criminal probes and formal government warnings, the company faces persistent reputational damage and regulatory risk; this environment also creates high uncertainty for anyone considering involvement as a customer or representative.
Conclusion
QNet’s history shows a recurring global pattern: aggressive recruitment-driven business practices, frequent consumer losses, and repeated intervention by authorities. While the company maintains that many complaints stem from misunderstanding or bad actors misusing its name, the scale and geographic spread of formal actions and public warnings indicate material legal and reputational risk. Prospective participants or investors should treat involvement cautiously and seek independent legal or consumer-protection guidance before engaging.

Thought I was joining a business, ended up just paying to recruit more people.
QNet operates like a scam too many legal issues, too many angry former members.
I can’t believe I fell for it. The products weren’t even worth the price, and the whole thing felt off from day one.
I got pressured into investing a ton, but no one ever told me about the real costs.
