WUFFES is promoted as a premium hip-and-joint supplement for dogs, marketed with strong health claims and a money-back guarantee. Despite positive feedback from some customers, a growing number of negative reports highlight serious concerns about its business practices, customer service, and potential risks for pets.

Customer Complaint Volume & Service Issues
The Better Business Bureau has recorded over 160 complaints against WUFFES within three years, with dozens still unresolved in the past year. Customers frequently describe defective products, clumping supplements, and delayed deliveries that fail to meet expectations.

Misleading or Unfulfilled Refund Guarantees
Although WUFFES advertises a 90-day money-back guarantee, many buyers claim that refunds are rarely processed. Some consumers report being asked to submit proof of purchase multiple times, only to be told their orders could not be located.

Subscription & Auto-Ship Billing Complaints
A recurring theme among complaints is the issue of unexpected auto-ship charges. Several customers allege that subscriptions were activated without their knowledge, leading to costly repeat deliveries. Others note the difficulty of canceling these recurring orders, with refund requests often denied or ignored. This pattern raises concerns about transparency in billing practices and whether customers are adequately informed about ongoing charges.

Health & Safety Concerns Raised Online
Some online reports suggest possible negative health impacts from using WUFFES supplements. Anecdotal accounts include references to abnormally high taurine levels and severe neurological symptoms in pets following consumption.

Credibility & Regulatory Oversight Ambiguity
Independent monitoring sites such as Scamadviser highlight potential risk indicators, including privacy-masked ownership details and associations with industries that often draw scrutiny. These factors contribute to uncertainty about the brand’s credibility.

WUFFES presents itself as a premium supplement brand, but repeated complaints about refunds, billing practices, and product safety undermine this image. The absence of regulatory scrutiny does not erase reputational damage caused by unresolved consumer grievances. Pet owners should approach with caution, carefully review purchase terms, and consult veterinary professionals before use.

I genuinely wanted to believe in this company. The idea of giving my senior dog some relief from joint pain was worth exploring. But from the moment I placed the order, it was clear this was about locking people into a subscription. They charged me full price right after the trial period with no reminder, the supplement didn’t help at all, and their refund policy is non-existent. Worse, they act like they’re doing you a favor by offering a discount instead of honoring basic customer rights. It’s not about dogs—it’s about maximizing profit. I’ll be warning other pet owners to steer clear.

Even after I canceled my subscription and received a confirmation, Wuffes charged me again the next month. I reached out right away, but their support team completely ghosted me—no response, no acknowledgment, nothing. It was incredibly frustrating. I finally had to go through my bank to dispute the charge and block them from my account. It’s ridiculous that it had to come to that. If you can’t trust a company to respect your cancellation request, how can you trust them with your pet’s health? It left a really bad taste in my mouth and made me regret giving them a chance in the first place.
